Your data, used only for the job you turned on.
Effective October 17, 2026
Who we are
HMBL Marketing, based in Washington, USA. Questions about this policy go to derek@hmbl.marketing.
Scope
This policy applies to the hmbl.marketing website and to the software tools, integrations and automations HMBL Marketing builds and operates. That includes tools that connect to third-party accounts, such as Google or Microsoft, with the account owner's permission. New tools are covered by this same policy.
What data we access
A tool only accesses data the user explicitly authorizes through that service's own consent screen, limited to what the tool needs to do its job. For example: reading or updating tasks, reading email to sort or summarize it, or reading calendar events.
Website visitors: this site uses no analytics, no cookies and no contact forms. Contact happens by email.
How we use it
Only to provide the feature the user turned on. We do not sell data, use it for advertising, build profiles from it, or use it to train general-purpose AI models.
Google user data
HMBL Marketing's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Storage and security
Data and sign-in credentials are stored on the operator's own devices or in the connected service's own systems. Credentials are kept in the operating system's secure keychain where possible. Data is not shared with third parties except as needed to run the tool, for example sending text to an AI model provider to summarize it, under that provider's terms.
Retention and deletion
Data is kept only as long as the tool needs it.
You can revoke access at any time from your Google account permissions or your Microsoft account settings. To ask for deletion, email derek@hmbl.marketing.
Children
Our tools are not directed at children under 13.
